Title :Sr / Lead Salesforce Developer ( Mid to Sr level = NEED GENUINE & STRONG)
Client :Insurence Domain
Location : Denver Colorado 80230
Duration : contract to Hire = 6 months and Hire =C2H
Visa : GC/USC/GC-EAD/H4EAD/L2EAD ( locals prefer but non locals are ok with WebEX/Skype)

Note : Client needs Developer not Admin , at least 85%-90% =Developer

Cake is working on a salesforce product for their customers. Must understand software development lifecycle for products. 7+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer. Will consider Java Developer who moved over to Salesforce Development. Room for growth and be able to gain some amazing experience with Salesforce.

Interview process: Phone with hiring manager, then tech skype call, then F2F. if out of state – video skype

General Purpose
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the development, integration, and deployment of custom solutions using Apex and Visualforce to enhance the Cake Customer platform.
Core Responsibilities
Provide innovative solutions leveraging Salesforce’s Force.com capabilities and make recommendations to support a rapidly increasing org.
Develop custom code using Visualforce, APEX, and other technologies to build customized solutions supporting business initiatives/processes.
Implement best practices by developing, refining, iterating, integrating, testing, staging and deploying maintainable technical solutions.
Use analytical skills and judgement to solve problems and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment.
Communicate complicated problems to team members to ensure we are coming up with the right solutions.
Accountable for effectively leading, communicating and managing change ensuring sustainability of process and performance enhancement.
Remain current on the external environment for industry leading tools, technology, analytics and best practices to continuously improve Client customer value proposition.
