Job Responsibilities:

Experienced SFDC person with SFDC development, which includes experience of working with customization and configuration

Worked on at least three end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

Salesforce.com (SFDC) configuration, customization and integration

Investigate existing Salesforce build to identify any additional external data requirements to fulfil the introduction of new data elements and associated processing.

Liaise with existing Salesforce supplier to coordinate any SFDC development changes and releases

Develops Salesforce APEX Code, Visualforce pages, lightning components and other customization in SFDC

Helps with integration data mapping

Creates functional transformations for inbound and outbound data flows

Perform Unit testing and Support other test cycles

Communicate with other development teams to confirm requirements and integration testing• Good Understanding of best practices for SFDC configuration, customisation, integration and data migration in SFDC

Very good understanding of Salesforce data model for Sales cloud

Dev 401/PD1 certification is must and having Admin 201 is an added advantage

Excellent understanding in implementation using Apex code, Visual force pages and lightning components.

Experience on Lightning framework

Experience in SFDC Bulk & SOAP, REST APIs, data migration and integration security

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with interest to broaden the SFDC knowledge



Process Skills:

A natural communicator who knows how to translate between business requests and Salesforce technical requirements.

Eager to pick up new tools and do the necessary research to master them.

Experience deploying and supporting sales enablement tools.

Enjoys working in an agile team where things move quickly, and priorities frequently shift.

Very strong Excel competency.

Strong Data Analysis Skills.

Creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards.



Behavioral Skills:

Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs

Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.



Qualification:

Somebody who has 10+ years of total IT and at least 8+ years of work experience in Sf Development.

Education qualification: B. Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
