Experience leading salesforce Sales Cloud Implementations.
Experience leading a team and driving work onshore and offshore.
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
Should be comfortable with data migration (Extract-Transform-Load and automating process preferable
To use MS Excel, MS Access and MYSQL for conversion or manipulation of data as per need. So that it can be converted into compatible CSV format.
Well versed in Salesforce functional and technical capabilities. Should be capable of doing quick design and Proof of Concept as per need
Experience with SFDC development, configuration, and administration including declarative config., process builder, Apex, etc.
Good understanding of Classic and Lightening Experience with features available / not available.
Experience with integrating SFDC with other systems leveraging Dell Boomi or similar middleware. (NOTE: this resource will need to coordinate with the integration team who will do all of the Dell Boomi work)
Experience with setting up Lightning Connect OData integration with other systems.
Experience with mapping and performing Data conversions from historical systems.
Experience with setting up SSO and LDAP integrations.
