Strong SFDC development experience including Visual force, apex coding and configuration - Strong understanding of SFDC sales cloud, service cloud - Strong experience in SFDC integration with other systems using ETL, SOAP/REST - Be able to manage a small offshore team and conduct off hour calls - Liaison with client on requirements, document and communicate to the offshore team. Ensure that the deliverable are met on time, as per the scope and within budget •Facilitate Business Process Reviews and understand requirements •Analyze individual modules and components in CRM, required to be migrated in each development phase •Design and Develop Integration Components as per integration Architecture
