Minimum 4 years of Salesforce developer experience
Good knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning and other core Salesforce platform features
Service cloud consultant certification highly desired
Experience configuring CTI and other AppExchange products
Experience in designing implementing at least one full lifecycle service cloud deployment
Ability to lead user requirements sessions, document it and translate into configuration/customization technical requirements.
