Hands on experience in tracking the KPI's and preparing Weekly/Monthly/Annual operations reports
Technical skills – xPression, xDesign, xDashboard, xAdmin
Domain exposure to Life & Annuities, Retirement plan services and Group products
Awareness of Service Now tool is desired
