Overview
Evaluate and implement efficient, cost effective application program solutions, work as a team member with other systems analysts/programmers on scheduled releases as well as troubleshooting Salesforce problems and may analyze existing system and programming logic to provide more efficient machine operations or to identify difficulties. Will provide production support on Salesforce application (e.g. critical business days, after hours, on call, etc between operations end users and the systems support team. Will operate on SalesForce development platform, computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server), software, hardware, technologies and tools and will document and complete developer test cases to ensure stable integration with existing mature systems. Essential skills: Strong design, analytical & mathematical skills, written & spoken communication skills, Salesforce architect skills. Nice to have: Prior use/knowledge of .Net, SQL database.

Daily Responsibilities:
SalesForce Developer / Architect position is needed to provide an opportunity to an individual who has substantial knowledge and experience working with SalesForce.com implementations. Administer setup, customization and configuration including but not limited to the following: standard and custom objects, data management, reports and dashboards, workflows and alerts, SalesForce, and user and security settings. Support the day-to-day running of the business within SalesForce which includes interacting with business users, technology partners, and sourcing partners. Coordinate production releases, working towards an Agile delivery methodology. Responsible for overseeing production support to existing SalesForce.com instances by troubleshooting with IT/Systems and Salesforce.com, including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis.
