Role: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Engineer (or Demandware)
Location: New York, NY (Chelsea Area)
The senior resource will need to have hands on Demandware (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) build and development / integration experience – tying in front and back end platforms which are built in Java / JavaScript.
SiteGenesis 2.0 integration experience is highly desired.
Oracle database working knowledge and data extraction – ETL – SQL (SSIS, SSRS) would be great to know.
Developer may relocate from anywhere, but work must be performed onsite in NYC.
Requirements:
Previous experience developing in a Demandware (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) eCommerce environment
Senior (or Lead) experience for at least 1 year leading a project or team
5+ years of experience developing database driven web applications in Java with J2EE
Working experience working in JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks (preferably jQuery, AJAX etc
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Strong integration experience including the following:
Real time data exchange
Asynchronous file exchange
Understanding service oriented architecture (SOA)
