Job Title: Salesforce Consultant
Location: Newark, New Jersey, United States
Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in a technology related area or equivalent relevant experience with 12+ years of experience in delivering large complex programs
Experience working and implementing solutions utilizing Salesforce platform is mandatory
Significant technology hands-on experience in one or more technologies including Java based languages, JavaScript frameworks, structured and non-structured databases, .Net technologies and cloud-bases services is required
Experience implementing solutions with complex services and API integrations within and outside the organization utilizing cloud and non-cloud solutions is essential
Institutional knowledge of Prudential or similar financial services firm is an asset
Ability to learn and develop strong business knowledge is required
Experience in a large matrixed organization is a must
Strong communication, interaction, listening and people skills is mandatory
