We have an urgent position for Salesforce Campaign Management Implementation Lead

Location is Austin TX

Contract : 3-6 Months & C2H

Salesforce Campaign Management – Implementation Lead (i8 - Transformation)

Specific Functional duties include:

Perform a lead role in designing and implementation of new Outreach and Growth process for Client as well as in managing the implementation of the process within new Salesforce and ServiceNow systems.
Cooperate with Portfolio and Project Management and Catalog and Request Management to build full process of outreach, solution design, cost estimation and customer onboarding.
Cooperate with Service Level Management to set reporting and targets to ensure proper measurement of the performance of the Outreach and Growth process.
Manage configuration and development in cooperation with 3rd party Vendor to map the process into Salesforce and ServiceNow systems; provide input to configuration requirements and drive and manage the implementation process from start to go-live.
Manage the design, build, testing and implementation sessions with Client to understand the requirements, ensure all contractual deliverables are captured, recorded and implemented within agreed budget and timeframes.
Manage design, build, testing and implementation of integration between Salesforce and ServiceNow to ensure full Outreach and Growth process mapping into both tools.
Plan and build test scripts and manage UAT at the final phase of implementation of the process and toolsets.
Manage build and delivery of training materials as well as conduct all required training sessions.


Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Salesforce marketing campaigns, including Email, Mobile, and Web Marketing.
Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce process and platform design experience
Experience in developing Salesforce application from business requirements and/or technical design documents
Demonstrated experience in working with Pardot, Sales Claud, Partner Community.
Demonstrated experience in creation of customer demand generation plan and campaign plans.
Demonstrated experience in managing leads, sales cycles, opportunities, workflows, dashboards, etc. in Salesforce.
At least one full lifecycle of Salesforce implementation in the role of an lead architect or hands on engagement manager
At least one full lifecycle of build and implementation of Sales, Marketing Outreach and Growth processes in the role of a process lead
Demonstrated understanding of the following processes: solution design, cost estimation, customer onboarding processes.
Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices
Demonstrated understanding of ServiceNow toolset would be a plus
Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), including test script creation, execution and signoffs.

Strong familiarity with Service Desk Operations and Processes
Salesforce certification would be a plus
