Job Description :
Role: Salesforce CRM Administrator
Location: Redmond WA
Total Experience Required: 10+ years
Duration: Long Term

Mandatory Technical Skills Extensive hands on experience in Salesforce CRM and/or other CRM Tools
Extensive experience configuring Salesforce CRM
Ability to architect Salesforce specific solution and apply best practices
Advanced configuration skills SQL skills and ability to query multiple data sources for debugging and troubleshooting

Desirable Technical Skills Proficient in writing advanced SQL Server Queries
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel

Mandatory Functional Skills Ability to multi-task and stakeholder management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
Extremely detail-oriented approach with strong analytical skills
Leverage Campaign management best practices to optimize campaign performance, including techniques like A/B or multivariate testing of emails and landing pages, personalization, and segmentation
Extensive understanding of Lead Management Business practices
Excellent technical & analytical skills with strong business acumen
Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required

Desirable Functional Skills • Previous experience working with Salesforce
Passion to drive improvement in the overall customer experience
Customer focused / user empathy skills
Experience working across multiple groups and teams
Be self-critical and have an accountable work approach
Certification in Salesforce Administration
