Job Description :
Ten years of experience performing difficult and complex or highly specialized analysis. Provides technical knowledge and assistance to the team.
Bachelor‘s degree in business related discipline; advanced degree preferred

Highly Valued Qualifications


Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant, professional experience managing delivery of several tasks/workstreams for an enterprise IT program
Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience with Salesforce.com products and Force.com platform
Demonstrated experience managing users, data, and security in a Salesforce org with 1,000+ users
Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification with multiple Salesforce implementations / staff positions in the Salesforce Administrator role
Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud certified
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Demonstrated experience with configuring Sales Cloud or Service Cloud features
Demonstrated experience designing advanced Salesforce reports, dashboards, list views and business process automation
Proven experience managing system changes without interruption to the user
Demonstrates some understanding of VisualForce, HTML, Javascript and CSS
Using and configuring the advanced administration capabilities of Salesforce
Demonstrated experience with set-up or configuration of Salesforce Knowledge
Demonstrated experience maintaining, enhancing and creating workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment
Experience managing new releases of Salesforce.com and efficiently implementing new features
