Salesforce Business Analyst - Multiple Locations - Needed Urgently

Job Summary
1. Participating in meeting with stakeholder, business users to participate in meetings regarding Salesforce functionality.
2. Requirement gathering and defining details of defined Salesforce scope.
3. Configuration and use case development
The Salesforce Business Analyst will help facilitate communication between the business and project team to identify and clarify business needs. Their focus will be on improving (not replicating) current state processes through automation as much as possible, delivering a product that exceeds business expectations, and meeting the overall strategic objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
*Assist in preparation of Elaboration Workshops
*Communicate with the business throughout elaboration and development to identify their business needs
*Analyze business requests in comparison to Salesforce technology to identify the best goal state that will meet business needs
*Research of new and emerging concepts that MPG should consider
*Partner with business to build functional road maps for the future
*Present analyzed data to both the business and project team
*Challenge the business to focus on goal state, which includes automation and streamlined operations
*Clarify business questions as needed
*Write use cases, requirements and activity diagrams
*Collaborate with Capgemini for strategy and delivery of Salesforce
*Assist in organizational change management

*Ability to effectively communicate with business users, business leaders, project teams, and development teams
*Ability to identify issues and offer solutions through thought leadership
*Ability to analyze multiple data sources
*Excellent writing and presentation skills to assist in effective communication
*Ability to organize massive amounts of data and information into a format that can then be acted upon
*Ability to understand current state business processes and respectfully challenge status quo as needed
*Ability to effectively share project vision and strategy
*Ability to assist in organizational change management
*Team player with ability to mitigate conflict or areas of tension
Qualifications:
*Bachelor of Science degree required
*2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst required
*5+ years of experience with Salesforce preferred
*Experience in medical malpractice insurance preferred
