Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Peoria, IL
Duration: Contract
Job Description:
-Interface with onsite stakeholders and understand scope of SFDC Enhancements/Projects
-Provide functional support to Application enhancements and various projects on SFDC
-Work with the offshore IT development team to make sure the deliverables are met
-Conduct Functional Testing of the Enhancements/Projects
-Organize and execute User Acceptance Testing
-Prepare the necessary documents to help executing the Enhancements/Projects
-Support the roadmap of Projects and System Initiatives that align with Sales Strategy and business needs.
-Contribute to the overall strategy by incorporating business requirements into application roadmaps and enhancement initiatives.
Required Experience:
-Overall 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience as SFDC Business Analyst Role is required
-In-depth, hands-on knowledge of and experience with SFDC
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives in varying size and scope simultaneously.
-Knowledge of Agile SCRUM methodology.
-Salesforce Certification is preferred
-Experience in Manufacturing industry is preferred
