Title: Salesforce BSA

Technical/Functional Skills:
o Sales Force Business System Analyst
o Experience in Lightning is mandatory.
Roles & Responsibilities:
o Change agent for Salesforce CoE to promote best practices that can transform Salesforce Implementation across.
o Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions. Recommend alternate approaches.
o Communicate with the business throughout elaboration and development to identify their business needs
o Map requirements to out-of-box functionality within SalesForce
o Document business requirements and user stories
o Create test cases and test scripts in accordance with the test plan
o Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
o Work with end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to accurately prioritize defects and re-test resolved issues
o Train end users on new functionality
o Perform Change Management functions, create training materials, and conduct stakeholder training
o Manage Salesforce release activities and administration of instances and support
o Establish strong partnership and collaboration with business areas to drive Salesforce.com usage and adoption
o Follow an iterative software development methodology and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support Requirements
Generic Managerial Skills:
o Good communication skills, team player, Managing teams
o Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
o Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and documenting requirements
o Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
o Heavy experience training end users
o Ability to extrapolate business requirements and translate in to Salesforce functional requirements
o Hands on experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
o Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
o Proven ability to drive change
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills
o Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels including executive management
o Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
o Experience Sales and Service Cloud Features
o Salesforce Admin Certification
