Responsibilities
Interact with capability team across the organization
Work with business partners and technology partners to identify, define, interpret and clarify scope of problems/issues in terms of business and/or system requirements and processes
Document and maintain operational processes
Able to write users stories, Gather requirements, acceptance criteria and prioritization in JIRA
Facilitate requirement gathering meetings, communicate complex business needs into clear, actionable systems requirements, researches and evaluates alternative solutions
Evaluates design of existing systems to judge their functionality, effectiveness, reliability, performance, usage, maintainability and cost of ownership
Clearly communicate business requirements into technical solution to development team
Work with various team members from scrum team to ensure proper communication for business requirements
Working very closely with development team to make sure that the quality of the product is delivered
Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions related to the Salesforce CRM platform while driving for OOTB solutions and articulate pros/cons of customizations
Deliver optimal and scalable solutions with best practice
Support all testing, unit, system, UAT and Production deployment

Qualifications
Certified Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
Must have Agile project implementation experience using JIRA
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and latest Salesforce features
Hands on experience in configurations using Process Builder, Visual Flow, Validation rules, Workflows and declarative
At least 6 years of experience in Salesforce Sales and Service areas
At least 6 years of experience in business process and/or requirements gathering
Experience with SFDC Sales, Service Console, SFDC Communities, SFDC Case Management, SFDC Knowledge Management and Salesforce Integration with legacy systems
Experience with customer data and entitlements
Experience working in complex, enterprise, global SFDC Financial Services implementations
Experience working in a business process team and coordinating process efforts
Ability to perform efficiently within a high pressure, fast paced environment
Proactive and self-motivated
Enterprise in business process solution for large financial services corporation
