Job Description :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Salesforce marketing campaigns, including Email, Mobile, and Web Marketing.
Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce process and platform design experience
Experience in developing Salesforce application from business requirements and/or technical design documents
Demonstrated experience in working with Pardot, Sales Claud, Partner Community.
Demonstrated experience in creation of customer demand generation plan and campaign plans.
Demonstrated experience in managing leads, sales cycles, opportunities, workflows, dashboards, etc. in Salesforce.
At least one full lifecycle of Salesforce implementation in the role of an lead architect or hands on engagement manager
At least one full lifecycle of build and implementation of Sales, Marketing Outreach and Growth processes in the role of a process lead
Demonstrated understanding of the following processes: solution design, cost estimation, customer onboarding processes.
Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices
Demonstrated understanding of ServiceNow toolset would be a plus
Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), including test script creation, execution and sign offs.
