We have opening position located in Tallahassee, FL looking for a Salesforce Architect for more than 1 year contract to supplement the Enterprises Applications Services (EAS) team. The selected Contractor consultant will provide systems architecture support to the Salesforce platform. This position will serve as a trusted advisor and contributor to business and IT project strategies on enabling technologies including the Force.com Platform; provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, platform architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and Force.com Platform education; and leverage Salesforce best practices and effectively integrate Salesforce into the agency''s
Infrastructure
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess, at minimum, the following qualifications:
Certified Salesforce Technical Architect, Application Architect or Systems Architect
Experience defining and delivering custom Force.com enterprise applications in a technical and/or functional leadership role
Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies and master data management
Proven results leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success stories in the following domains: development and release management strategies, change management
Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
Excellent communication skills. Experience using continuous integration tools (preferably
Jenkins)
Responsibilities:
Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies including the Force.com Platform
Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, platform architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and Force.com Platform education
Review/Create application and technical design documents which leverage Salesforce best practices and effectively integrate Salesforce into our infrastructure
Review and correct project/program direction, approach and key artifacts to keep projects on track and solutions extendable and maintainable going forward
Identify and pro-actively manage potential risks
