Position: Salesforce Architect
Location: Sunnyvale , CA
Duration: 6 + Months
Contract

Introduction
Candidate would have 10+ years of SFDC experience on large enterprise scale implementations at Fortune 500 companies (ideally at high tech companies Minimum 5 years experience in USA. Technical hands-on role with execution responsibility. Not for Analysts, Project Managers or Support & Configuration specialists. Skills required, key activities, outputs and deliverables are below:

Skills
1. Leadership and strong communication skills to drive and collaborate with both the Legal Team and other related departments such as Sales, Operations, Finance and Product.
2. Deep SFDC technical knowledge to provide:
1. Native iCertis integration design review & support
2. Integrations to SFDC CRM, CPQ and other proprietary or 3rd party systems
3. Migration knowledge to support moving contracts from SFDC
3. Must have one or more of the following certifications:
1. Platform Developer 2
2. Integration Architecture
3. System Architect


Key Activities
1. Requirements collection on the following items via design and working sessions conducted with key project stakeholders and SMEs:
1. Review desired native integration approaches for SFDC integration to iCertis and provide feedback and recommendations
2. SFDC Data Extraction and Migration
3. Conduct workshops with key stakeholders in Legal, Sales Operations, Finance and other impacted departments
4. Review of desired folder hierarchy and documents for accounts, opportunities, and custom type
5. Design and support integration to CLM function
6. Review of current state processes and desired future state processes for in-scope entities

Deliverables
1. Completion of Requirements Documentation
2. Integration Design and implementation for SFDC CRM/CPQ to iCertis CLM
3. ETL for SFDC contracts to iCertis CLM
4. Project Plan Tasks and Implementation details
5. Weekly Status Report Including the Following:
1. Current Project Status
2. Key Risks and Action Items
6. Key Project Documents (as leveraged on project):
1. Requirements Documentation
2. Risk Log Reflecting Identified Risks
3. Change Log Reflecting Key Decisions
4. Any Relevant Change Requests
5. Any Relevant Solution Documentation crafted during the project

Nice to Have Skills (but not required):
1. iCertis CLM is not a must but preferred; any CLM or CPQ experience would suffice
2. Prior application development experience
