Job Description :
Architect and design technical solutions for business problems using Salesforce technology platform.
Provide direction on solutions that provide for out of the box solutions for the Digital team, end-to-end architecture team & Salesforce development team.
Work with vendor and implementation team to ensure that the product feature set is architected to ensure a complete digital experience.
Negotiate features for the roadmap for both Salesforce and reduce costs with customization by participating in the advisory boards for Salesforce.
Provide direction to both Sales and Service teams to help build out processes that solve for a fully digital experience. Provide direction to optimize business processes on the sales and service side and work with business leaders to influence their processes to work with industry standard guidelines and products.
Technical Design and development of architecture and design blueprints.
Architect identity management solutions for both the customer and employees working with solutions architects experts that work with the Salesforce platforms.
Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts and how they influence design.
Overall understanding of Digital strategy and ability to map out the same for the enterprise. platform experience, including the limitation of the platform (e.g. API and governor limits
Salesforce community development.
10+ years of experience in global software development and deployment.
5+ years of experience delivering applications on Salesforce platform.
Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues.
