Mandatory Skills : Salesforce architecture experience, APEX, Visual Force, Lightning
· Proven capability in architecting Salesforce solutions independently and designing software on the Salesforce Force.com platform, with hands-on participation in building the solution for large clients with multi-country, multi-org Salesforce implementations
· Strong technical foundation including Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, SOQL, OOPS, Deep understanding of RDMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, agile delivery methodologies, data integration and migration, etc.
· Deep and extensive knowledge, experience of the Force.com technical platform including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, Lightning, VisualForce, etc.
· Knowledge of advanced Lightning and VisualForce components, Chatter API, including integration methods and tools
· Must already possess Salesforce Force.com Developer, Administrator, App Builder, Sales, or Service Cloud certifications.
· Must already possess at least the Application Architect or System Architect credentials, and if not already a qualified Technical Architect, must be in progress or committed to undertake such Certification in the coming year.
· Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce App Exchange ecosystem.
· Experience with the Lightning Framework on force.com, JavaScript frameworks, design patterns, etc.
· Strong experience in Agile methodology & experience in designing workflow rules to enforce business processes.
