Must have a total of 7-9 years of working in the SalesForce.com ecosystem in roles of Business Analyst, Technical Lead, Architect & SME providing configuration, customization, development, Enhancement and support services to be able to understand customer''s business requirements and technical environment to architect the optimal solution
Experience in conceptualizing complex solutions using force.com platform.
Strong customer facing skills to drive large multi-country complex engagements on CRM platforms (mainly - Salesforce.com)
Must have deep understanding of large Organizations challenges with
