#1 Top Critical Skill - / Years of Experience With That Skill : Should have Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (class 401) certification.
Should have Salesforce Platform 2 certification.
About 3-4 years of Salesforce recent experience.
Experience developing custom Apex RESTful and SOAP web services based integrations with Salesforce.
Experience with Salesforce Data loader and Bulk API for mass data export/import.
Visualforce page and Apex trigger/class development experience.
Technical debugging skills and thinking analytically to address a requirement/incident.
Good to have: Experience in migrating Salesforce from Classic to Lightning
Strong Written / Oral Communication skills.
#2 Second Most Important Skill / Years of Experience : Able to coordinate with the End User / Functional users group
Able to coordinate with Salesforce Architect from Deloitte.
Review Functional / Technical Design from Deloitte and provide feedback
Involve in Development/Lead activities
# 3 Third Most Important Skill / Years of Experience : • Effective communication skills when developing project specifications, identifying issues and communicating resolution
Ability to translate technical requirements and procedures into well-implemented application solutions
PeopleSoft CRM experience is added advantage
