Job Description :
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate business requirements and propose solutions to meet those requirements (system, data, technical and integration) for the sales, O&M, and warranty areas
Communicate Salesforce.com best practices to user community in order to drive consistent usage, improve internal alignment, and achieve business goals
Define systems and process improvements to help sales teams maximize their value from Salesforce.com; prioritize changes based on business needs; work with stakeholders and development team to implement
Develop and implement an account management process to support corporate goals and help sales teams manage account-related communications, documents, and tasks
Assist in developing and delivering user training for best practices and enhancements as needed; interact with users and stakeholders on a regular basis to address user questions and solicit feedback
