Salesforce Administrator with CPQ(steelbrick) , Long term

Santa Clara, CA

Seeking a collaborative Salesforce.com Administrator to assist in the ongoing product roadmap, development, and support of Client, supporting CRM applications and quote to cash solution. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce.com implementations, Salesforce CPQ (pka Steelbrick) implementation and use as well as ongoing maintenance and support.



To be successful in this role, a good understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, with the ability to support custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity, is necessary. Having developer experience is a plus. We are seeking someone focused on improving the end user experience and accustomed to working closely with a Sales Operations a highly motivated, hands on individual who enjoys the challenge of solving for the needs of a rapidly growing sales organization.





Responsibilities:

- Handle all basic administrator functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks

- Establish and continually enhance user-based dashboards and analytics including on-demand reporting

- Complete regular internal system audits and system governance protocols

- Support cross-line of business platform governance processes

- Participate in project planning sessions with ‘project teams’ to analyze business and technology requirements and outline the proposed technology solution

- Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations

- Assist with training of new users and growing the Salesforce.com skillset across the organization

- Work with various departments across the organization to implement department needs and requests within the Salesforce.com system

- Work as part of a dynamic team throughout the software development life cycle

- Maintain records to document program development and revisions

- Provide 3rd level support of software solution as needed

- Share best practices and improve processes within and across sprint teams

- Proactively communicate innovative Salesforce.com capabilities to internal customers as a mean to continually provide vibrant solutions



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- SFDC Certified System Admin (Admin 201) or *2+ years in SFDC, Salesforce.com, Salesforce Administration

- Experience building advanced reports

- Proficient level experience with Microsoft Excel

- Excellent communication skills

- Flexible/adaptable work approach and can go with the flow/changes of a rapidly growing organization
