Job Description :
Job Title: Salesforce Administrator.
Location: San Diego,CA.
Duration: 6 MOnths Contract To Hire.
GC OR CITIZENS.

Responsibilities

Consult with internal stake-holders company-wide on new requirements and optimization of existing capabilities.
Develop, test, and deploy solutions and workflows within Salesforce based on industry and Salesforce best practices.
Utilize your knowledge of VisualForce, Visual Flows, Process Builder and Apex to improve page layout and user UI issues.
Develop and implement automation for existing repetitive tasks.
Create a regular cadence of reporting and dashboard updates for various stakeholders.
Facilitate strong Marketing and Sales alignment with transparent processes and dashboards.
Administer, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce platform-connected apps and tools, including Marketo, eTouches, SalesLoft, Kentico, and TalkPoint
Develop a plan for migrating from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
Work closely with the IT Team on the implementation of change management best practices.
Communicate operational procedures and best practices with useful documentation and training for new and existing users.
Proactively identify and convey timely Salesforce-related information to our employees.

Work Experience and Required Skills

5+ years as a Salesforce Admin for organizations of 100 or more employees
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or above
Proficiency with Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Permissions, and Approval Processes
Strong understanding of Formulas, Master-Detail Relationships and when to use declarative options versus Custom APEX Solutions
