The Salesforce CRM and CPQ Administrator will be personally responsible for the technical conceptualization and system configuration of existing business processes, inputting product configurations, conducting system tests, legacy system integration and ongoing maintenance and development of CRM/CPQ.

This newly created, challenging and rewarding position will work closely with the user community to configure, manage and customize the organizations Salesforce (CRM) and Apttus Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) business systems. The position will also be closely involved with the initial configuration and design of a new CRM/CPQ deployment. This role will be responsible for design, quality assurance (QA), execution, maintenance and reporting for the CRM/CPQ platform.

This role is tactically focused on the execution of CRM/CPQ-related tasks; less than 10 percent of this role''s time is typically dedicated to strategy. This role reports to the Vice President of Engineering, Vice President of Marketing and Director of Sales Operations. The role requires close interaction with the user community, assisting them with developing process workflows and being responsive to business requirements. The individual is responsible for ensuring the system is correctly configured to support specified business rules, security roles, workflows and correct operation.

Major Responsibilities
Creates the user interface across multiple pages within the SFA platform, report templates and dashboards. CRM/CPQ to mirror sales processes, including products and respective pricing.
Configures Salesforce.com CRM to facilitate Apttus CPQ implementation.
Prepares products, accounts, and opportunities to integrate with quote process.
Responsible for license management, including granting access and removal.
Documents and helps govern CPQ/CRM processes, programs and procedures.
Monitors and reports on efficiency metrics related to processes and programs managed by the CPQ/CRM platform and related applications.
Standardizes, cleanses and uploads approved external data into the CPQ/CRM platforms.
Trains end users on how to run reports and accomplish basic tasks within the CPQ/CRM platform.
Ensures ongoing operation quality for the CPQ application through initial release and subsequent software updates.

· Creates, maintains and executes system test cases.

· Facilitates user acceptance testing.

· Performs debugging and troubleshooting when necessary.



Assists in developing integration solution architecture with IFS ERP and Siemens Rulestream ETO.
Develops and maintains end user documentation.
Develops training material and executes train the trainer and/or end user training sessions.
Manages security and user permissions.
Develops KPIs and publishes reports to business users.
Qualifications
Strong understating of Salesforce workflow concepts, including but not limited to: triggers, validation rules, assignment rules, permissions, and permission sets.
Experience in configuration with a manufacturing company.
Knowledge of sales automation and customer relationship management (Salesforce CRM) preferred.
Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) preferred.
Experience with precast concrete products preferred.
