Job Description:
Worker will be responsible for identifying and understanding business objectives, requirements, and issues, and translates Salesforce Platform technology solutions into specific systems and operational process documents. Worker analyzes and plans customer requirements and how service solutions will meet those objectives. Will also be responsible for analyzing and communicating specific solutions, scope documents, and profiles in a Salesforce Platform environment. The worker writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify solutions; reviews system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine how Salesforce will integrate with existing systems. Will also lead the technical effort to stand up and integrate Salesforce into existing systems and documents support model.

Worker has expert level knowledge, skills and abilities in Salesforce technologies and assists with planning and participating in integration efforts, implementation, supporting and maintaining Salesforce Platform solutions. Worker should possess expert knowledge of Salesforce Platform, including Collaborative, Mobile and Cloud options.

Primary functions include, but are not limited to:
Salesforce Platform Enterprise planning, analysis and deployment;
Planning and configuring Salesforce technologies according to design;
Planning and executing service component function test validation; and
Salesforce product consultation and administration;
Producing technical documentation and providing knowledge transfer.


WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
8 Experience developing, planning and configuring sales and service technology solutions according to design; pro-actively assessing business needs of program to plan, implement and deploy technology solutions to address automation needs
5 Experience providing application programming/systems development and support in Salesforce Platform environment; experience planning and executing service component function test validations
5 Experience providing Salesforce Platform product and procurement consultations, producing technical documentation, and providing knowledge transfer
5 Experience with analysis, integration, support and administration of Salesforce Platform tools, including Collaborative, Mobile and Cloud options
5 Ability to identify implementation risks and analyze potential impact on the achievement of scheduled objectives
5 Skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy
5 Skill in articulate and effective oral and written communication and consensus building
5 Skill in exercising sound judgment and effective decision making
5 Ability to convey complex and highly-technical information to a diverse audience; ability to work cooperatively with technical teams and business customers in a professional office environment; ability to provide excellent customer service

Preferred
Years Skills/Experience
5 Knowledge and experience with migrating, integrating and administration of Salesforce products, including Collaborative, Mobile and Cloud environments
1 Knowledge and experience with the Texas Child Support program or Texas Child Support Enforcement Systems
1 Knowledge of the Department of Information Resources Data Center Services program
