Salesforce Admin

Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the configuration, development,
testing, and integration of the Center''s Salesforce Service Cloud
environment which supports business operations. Reporting to the Senior
Manager of IT, the Salesforce Administrator will work with the IT Center
Salesforce IT team, UCOP IT Services, PMO resources, and other key
stakeholders to understand the requirements, assist with the design, deploy
native Salesforce Communities functionality, develop customizations, and
integrate Salesforce. Document requirements, prioritize, and roadmap
implementation for new functionality requests from a cross-functional team
of SFDC users Liaise with IT support in the development of new processes
and system functionality, ensuring the principles of control are met and
new standard operating procedures are implemented and maintained SFDC
release management including Sandbox management, change set tracking, and
requirement collaboration with contracted developers Design and develop
Salesforce-based applications and enhancements leveraging lightning
components and APIs. Admin 201 certification required. Excellent
communication skills. 75% skill sets for admin and 25 % for BSA
