- Support and maintain the SFDC including ad-hoc projects, enhancements, customization, and end user support including configuration of third party tools/applications.
- Maintain SFDC system configuration with respect to user permissions, custom objects, custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, etc. utilizing standardize change control process.
- Create custom reports, views, code and objects. Assist in creation and modification of reports and dashboards.
- Develop ad hoc reports to support strategic decision making. Perform mass data updates to the SFDC data with APEX Data Loader and utility applications.
