Salesforce Admin/Developer

Location: Sunnyvale CA

Duration: 6 + months

· Develop, test and deploy custom fields/objects, forms, workflows, interfaces, records, and user roles to meet business requirements

· Own our implementation of Salesforce in all capacities (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing Clouds, Social Studio)

· Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve upon our integrations with different systems
· Design, manage, and execute on Salesforce configuration projects of varying complexity to ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day functions

· Create and manage complex workflow rules and data validation
· Develop and refine our Salesforce reporting functionality: prepare dashboards, pipelines, and other ad hoc reports for the field and executives

· Facilitate interactive meetings with technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements based on business needs

· Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for application users, keep materials up to-date, and coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions

· Help identify, evaluate and drive adoption of processes and procedures that enhance the productivity and predictability of our business

· Evaluate and recommend other sales efficiency software to provide better automation and process improvement
· Support data integrity and datleanup projects

· Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately
· Create and customize standard and custom objects including fields (including formula fields), page layouts, security rules, workflow and validation rules

· Develop custom report types, change sets, and permission sets as needed

Required Qualifications
· 10 years of experience, with 5+ years Salesforce experience
· Develop and maintain SFDC Visual Force pages, Apex classes & triggers

· Knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
· Ability to reasonably estimate the time for tasks and then meet deadlines set by those estimates; ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests

· Ability to solve complex analysis problems in a multi-vendor environment
· Experience with data management, transformation, cleaning, and de-duplication

· Experience working in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, results-oriented decision making and commitment to excellence

· Strong project management experience
· High attention to detail

· Excellent communication and analytical skills
· Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with data migration, integration techniques, and tools
· Salesforce Administrator Certification (201)

· Advanced Developer certification
· Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Social Studio is a big plus
· CMS Knowledge: AEM/CQ5 like environment

· Experience with sales forecasting tools
