Description:
Primary Responsibilities Include
Architect cloud based Solution
Mentor other developers within the team
Interface with both internal and external stakeholders
Has strong knowledge of enterprise issues related to IT architecture and Solutioning
Desired Skillsets
10 or more years Solutioning and development experience
Must have 4+ or more years of experience of Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), APTTUS CLM/CPQ experience
Hands on Experience on External systems integrations
Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling and communication
BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
Understands complex ETL and data migration practices
Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
Prior Consulting Experience
Strong Communications Skills
Experience in large enterprise level projects writing software application requirements
Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver. Can take a problem and express it as stories and tasks for developers.
Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional and virtual teams in a matrix environment
Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization
Strong organization, planning and global leadership skills
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
Experience with the Agile software development methodology
Software engineering & SDLC experience
