Strong understanding and experience with SalesForce CRM and Steelbrick CPQ (Must Have)
Strong understanding and experience with Service Cloud (Must Have)
At least 7 - 10 years professional experience in Salesforce and Service Cloud Solution Design (Must have)
Should have identification, proposition and implementation of new and improved business processes and technologies and product support help ticketing operations
Strong understanding and experience with NetSuite ERP and its integration touchpoints with Salesforce (Highly Desired)
Strong understanding or experience with process definition methodologies (Highly Desired)
Highly proficiency with Microsoft Visio and/or other modeling tools (Nice to Have)
Expertise in data analysis to support proposed process definition, monitor adherence, and communicate performance results Excellent written and oral communications skills
Able to analyze, transform and ultimately resolve the business problems
Effective presentation of ideas to larger groups
Able to gather feedback and following up on action plans
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required
Progressive responsibilities in the administration of information systems
PMP Certification a huge plus.
