SalesForce Project Manager

Project Description:



Build strong relationships with the stakeholders, developing deep understanding of the business, future direction, changes and needs, and assess and prioritize in line with Business and IT strategy and expectations


Undertake business impact assessment, recognizing and acting upon risks and issues that may affect current and future business units and roles, and create business readiness plan
Develop and maintain performance metrics and proactively identify issues and areas for improvement


Lead coordination of delivery on a given project


Ensure fit of Global solutions versus Business mandatory requirements and local constraints, and proper integration with remaining legacy systems
Work closely with IT Capability Partners to coordinate delivery and ensure solutions work seamlessly across the Business
Manage and coordinate project budgets, forecasts, tasks, schedules, and change management for the Region, to support effective program decisions
Monitor application performance and collaboratively develop any required service improvement plans
Monitor SOX compliance, engage with internal and external auditors, and ensure that the operating procedures effectively manage the risk to the financial statements


Manage and coordinate interdependencies between program work streams (intra-program and across portfolio)


Oversee the development of issue and strategic risk analysis and control plans acting as escalation point for all program-level risks and issues
Establish and maintain strategic working relationships with large and complex business groups while developing an in-depth understanding of business areas strategies and needs for the future and ensure alignment with the IT Strategy
Manage senior business stakeholders to ensure the effective capturing of business requirements and commitment to project/program objectives.
Ensure the IT strategy, programs and expectations are communicated to and understood by the business
Build a cohesive project team and provide the leadership necessary to maximize the team''s success


Oversee changes to program scope, ensuring that all impacts and changes are approved and appropriately communicated to senior stakeholders and review boards.


Qualification :



Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience ,5+ years of experience managing SalesForce projects
Must have experience managing SalesForce projects, specifically with Lightning


Demonstrated ability in the successful delivery of tangible outcomes with significant business value, i.e. they will be practical and delivery-focused as well as strategic, able to create visions and ensure that the vision is delivered


Substantial experience in managing/ delivering IT services including the initiation, scoping and delivery of major projects, and transitioning into on-going operations


Experience in managing and leading people on projects. Proven track record of building high performing teams.


Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence, and build strategic working relationships with senior internal stakeholders, peers and vendors specific understanding and experience of sales and marketing activities highly desirable
Proven experience of leading change, using different approaches and methodologies, managing and controlling large project and program budgets
Proven ability to interpret/ communicate technical information into business language


Proven experience in working in a matrix environment
Internally as well as externally focused with multicultural awareness and flexibility to operate across functions and hierarchies
Awareness of developments in the marketplace and understand the relevance and potential impact to IT.
Bring innovation and ideas to the market.
Experience in leveraging and deploying cloud based solutions.


Additional Preferred Skills:



Demonstrated expertise of Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing functions in the US market is nice to have
