Job Description :
This is a hands-on resource that has familiarity with all aspects of SFDC, including the technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and all related policies and procedures.
MUST HAVE:
Excellent communication skills
Salesforce Development experience - 4+ yrs
Salesforce Administration experience - 4+ yrs
Apex coding, Batch apex, Triggers - 4+ yrs
Experience in architecting the solution on SalesForce.com - end to end ? Development to Deployment-4 yrs
Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, DEV501 certifications or equivalent experience
Core Skills:
Highly developed Programming skills - APEX classes, Triggers, workflows and standard and custom APIs for real-time APIs
In-depth understanding of force.com architecture and creation and usage of Managed Packages
Data loading and Batch Integration
Prior enterprise class Salesforce.com admin experience
Salesforce.com, Visualforce and Apex -XHTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript or other Web 2.0 language experience
Good understanding of issue troubleshooting and performance tuning
Commitment to quality through the ability to translate complex technical requirements into functional software using best practices to write high quality code
S/He works with technical teams and senior architects to finalize architecture specifications, and creates design as it relates to the customization and/or integration of a CRM system.
S/He posses understanding of Salesforce.com - APEX and Visual force experience required. S/He has strong verbal and written communication skills –
Knowledgeable in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, SQL, Java or C#, SOAP/REST-based web services; includes the following skills:
Ability to learn new information quickly
Skilled with data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems
Strong capabilities performing independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast paced environment
Ability to follow an agile software development methodology
Excellent unit testing abilities with strong attention to detail
