Design and develop application systems using existing and emerging technology platforms.
Design and develop Apex and Visual Force systems in Service Cloud.
Manage Salesforce application using Salesforce Setup menu creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, analytic snapshots and report types.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
Validate Salesforce rules and custom workflow.
Participate in integration process with enterprise systems
