Job Description :
In this position, you will serve as the designer and technical leader for the Salesforce software development projects.
Work Performed:
Work with leads to transform and develop new requirements into designs, development approaches, and implementation
Design working, scalable, and secure custom solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation
Develop custom solutions and interfaces on the Salesforce Lightning platform using Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, and the
Salesforce APIs.
Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and process changes
Lead team in complying with company’s SDLC policies and practices
Evaluate out-of-the-box options or design patterns that require minimal customization.
Ensure proper test coverage and unit testing is performed
Own accountability for technical design/assessment within SDLC
Design, document, and communicate software components and flows
Drive the creation of application and technical design documents which leverage Salesforce best practices
Identify and pro-actively manage risk areas and commit to seeing an issue through to complete resolution
Oversee third party vendor design, build, & testing adheres to strategy &
standards
Software Development Leadership duties:
Coordinate deployments with Release Manager
Oversee or perform code reviews to ensure development team is following prescribed standards
Oversee Jira issue creation and resolution
Mentor junior developers
Manage and plan remediation of technical debt
Provide leadership in release management processes, including Agile ceremonies, continuous integration and testing
Assist in troubleshooting and clarifying technical issues
Manage overall development, validation, and deployment plans
Qualifications:
