Project Scope
The project scope will attempt to encompass solving as many requirements discovered as possible.
Integration with PeopleSoft is the highest priority requirement above all others.
Requirements noted as High will be considered a first priority.
Requirements noted as Medium and Low, that have a low complexity to implement, will be considered secondary priority.
Remaining requirements will be treated as a tertiary priority.
Finalized priorities will be ultimately determined by Executive Sponsors within the constraints of resources available and feasibility to implement.
Requirements noted as Future are likely outside of the scope of this project. Use Cases that we discovered that may not be feasible to implement during this build, differ greatly from the other business unit''s engagement processes, or did not have enough business process information to proceed, would fall into this category.
Input from the two consultants will be used to further refine requirement priorities.
