We’re seeking a versatile Inside Sales leader with experience growing and leading Solutions Sales teams in the Financial Industry supporting the Community Financial Institution market.

As a member of the North American Financial Solutions Sales Organization responsibilities will be focused on ensuring profitable and aggressive growth of Financial Solutions to mid-tier banks and financial institutions. This includes the management of an Inside Sales Team to drive revenue goals through direct sales initiatives and attainment of a sales quota. Significant emphasis is placed on successfully educating and conveying position as the leading global provider of Self-Service technology to Community Financial Institution audiences.

Additionally, this position will be responsible for lead generation, demand creation and revenue generation supporting the overall sales goal by winning new strategic software, services and hardware business. This role will lead a team of 10 – 15 inside sales and sales development resources.

Key Responsibilities:
Position is responsible for creating lead generation and outbound call strategies to support market share gain goals
Position requires ability to manage multi-channel Sales strategy across Community Bank and Credit Union Market in both the physical and digital markets.
Position required to coach team to sell solutions and services to secure new opportunities, maximizing revenue and profitability and increasing market share; Ensures execution of the sales process by moving new opportunities successfully through the funnel; Ensures team is focused on account planning for new products in both existing and new users of products and solutions
Ensures team is building relationships with prospective and competitive customers; Drives interface in defining customer needs and ability to meet those needs through branch solutions; Establishes the team to be the liaison between the customer and for market feedback in regard to issues for new customer escalating any roadblocks to securing the business; Drives proposing and closing deals in the above mentioned solutions
Leads pre-identified prospects and existing customers within an assigned territory; Partners with other business units to expand cross-sell opportunities
Position requires strong prospecting and proposing skills, ability to build customer relationships through consultative selling and promoting customer confidence in ; Must be focused on the development of new business opportunities and closing new accounts allowing us to aggressively penetrate competitive accounts leading to long term business relationships
