JOB DESCRIPTION
You are responsible for data related activities such as data extraction, profiling, cleansing, de-duplication, standardization, conversion, transformation and loading, data mining, warehousing, archiving and reporting. Responsible for all activities required to ensure optimum performance and data integrity of databases in production environments, in line with the requirements. Responsible for server based databases in development and test environments including database software installation, database creation, performance and capacity design, backup and recovery design, security design.
Qualifications: 3-7 years of experience (2 years min relevant experience in the role), Bachelor’s Degree.
Should be proficient in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.
Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.

Job Description:
Experience in Marketing Automation with 2-3years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Exact Target
This should include hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; including implementing, operating, testing and understanding best practices utilizing the following components:
Automation Studio
Journey Builder
Audience Builder
Contact Builder
Content Builder
Mobile Studio
Social Studio
Email Studio
Strong data skills including SQL and an understanding of data usage with Marketing Cloud
Strong Analytical and debugging skills
Ability to read and understand a Salesforce Marketing Cloud blueprint; with capability of writing a blueprint being a plus
Advanced reporting skills and experience outside of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is beneficial
Familiarity with Quality Assurance testing including: functional, integration, system, and data driven testing experience in creating and developing strategic test plans,
cases and reports related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionality
Prior experience with other Marketing Automation platforms is a plus
