Position : Sales Force Developer @ St. Paul, MN
Job Description:
2-3 years of designing, coding and testing portals using Salesforce Communities.
3-5 years of administration/development on the Force.com platform.
Minimum 3 years of experience in applications development using Apex and VisualForce.
Experience integrating external systems with the Force.com platform.
Salesforce Certifications preferred:
Force.com Advanced Developer or
Platform Developer I and II
Technical knowledge of:
Microsoft Windows 7 and 8.0/8.1
Microsoft Office 365
Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science or comparable real world experience.
Competencies
Able to design, code, test and document application functions in Force.com, Salesforce Community Portal and APEX.
Participates in IT applications development projects, from planning through implementation.
Communicates with IT Management, reporting on the status of projects, identifying issues and assessing their impact, and recommending solutions proactively.
Researches and recommends strategic, cost effective solutions to meet business needs.
Facilitates discussion and consensus among project stakeholders and business users.
Designs, develops and tests business applications and web sites.
Works effectively with contractors.
Stays current with technology by doing research, taking course instruction as needed, connecting with contacts in the IT industry.
Completes projects as assigned by the Chief Technology Officer and/or the Application Development Project Manager.
