Location: US - NY/NJ, Washington DC, Richmond, VA, Atlanta, GA, San Ramon, CA
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work with project lead/solution architect to implement AutoRABIT platform and/or DevOps journeys for customers.
Perform AutoRABIT (AR) System Administration, user setup, version control, CI-CD job configurations and optimizations.
Develop DevOps solutions using AutoRABIT Value Stream Framework.
Interact with customers onsite or remotely in a very professional manner.
Work collaboratively using Office365/Project Management/Expense management tools.
Learn continuously and contribute regularly toward personal and organizational goals.
Perform any other project or AutoRABIT related tasks assigned.
Experience and Background:
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration work with Certification credentials.
5+ years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile projects.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce User management, security model and metadata API
Good understanding of Version Control and Source Code Configuration Management
Good understanding of Data Management issues in Salesforce environments
Good understanding of Unit, Functional and Regression testing and QA principles
Exposure of Project Management tools like Jira, Rally etc.
Exposure to Principles of DevOps and Analytics
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer science/Information Systems/Business
Professional certifications in Software development and/or Project Management
Very good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to details and a passion for excellence
