Our client, an online marketplace and hospitality service, enabling people to lease or rent short-term lodging including vacation rentals, apartment rentals, homestays, hostel beds, or hotel rooms, seeks an accomplished Sales Data Analytics Analyst.

Description:
This individual will support the data analytics and process execution of the sales operations and marketing operations functions.
Provide commercial insights and reporting for sales team performance analytics, supports the data integrity in Salesforce and other tasks and duties related to the sales team and other commercial effectiveness efforts.
Own communications around progress against goals and key initiatives to the sales organization.
Refine key metrics, uncover insights and develop processes to improve global sales velocity efficiency as the company’s needs and data evolve.
Support ad hoc analyses around sales team performance; providing them to the sales organization and sales leadership. Develop new reporting tools, using Salesforce reports or Tableau, as needed.
Support ad hoc marketing analytics reporting in Salesforce, Google Analytics and Marketo, as needed.
Provide analysis and recommendations for sales go-to-market strategies.
Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and Marketo by administering existing and developing new data hygiene processes.
Support post event lead Salesforce and/or Marketo processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor''s Degree. MS Excel, Sales Operations, SQL, Business Intelligence reporting tools.
Minimum two years in a sales operation, business planning, or sales support role.
Experience with Salesforce, Marketo or BI tools (Tableau, etc a plus.
