Job Description :
SailPoint IIQ Functional Analyst within Identity Access Management (IAM) team working on the deployment of SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) as self-service access request portal for the enterprise. Focus will be on test planning and execution.
Job responsibilities
Execution of test scripts to validate new functionality, assisting in writing of test scripts, debugging and issue resolution, and post go-live support.
Responsibilities also include development of user guides/help documentation, and overall usability for SailPoint IIQ users.
Typical Day
Work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
Day will consist of both individual work and working with developers and other testers.
Can also contribute to development if able, but primary focus is test planning and execution
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 2+ years’ experience deploying SailPoint IIQ
Technical Skills
Experience in Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes and access request processes specific to SailPoint IIQ. (Prefer experience with SailPoint IIQ 7.1 or higher)
Proficient in identity management concepts including use of entitlements and role based access requests and control, and account provisioning
Experience documenting and executing test plans and test scripts with Microsoft VSTS (Visual Studio Team Services) or HP Quality Center – VSTS preferred
Strong documentation skills (e.g. test cases/scripts, test results, user/training guides)
Experience in usability concepts in deploying SailPoint IIQ
Knowledge and experience in integrating with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
Strong problem solving and debugging skills Desired/secondary skills
SailPoint IIQ development experience.
Proficient with Java, Beanshell rules, forms, workflows, within the SailPoint IIQ framework
Experience in J2EE concepts and web development using Java
Experience with automated software testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter and others
Technical programming background a plus but not needed
