Job Description :
Responsibilities include:
Refine and implement processes and tools for new client data profiling
Refine and implement processes and tools for new client data conversion. Socialize these processes and tools with the technical teams
Refine and implement processes and tools for converting existing SEI clients from our legacy Trust 3000 system to SWP
Refine and implement processes and tools for on-boarding new business for existing clients requiring data conversion or configuration
Refine and implement processes and tools for client projects requiring data conversion or configuration
Participate in the SWP Implementation execution with the firm and SEI.
Work with stakeholders to design and build client configuration
Performance Engineering of SWP Implementation processes
Collaborate with SEI on Infrastructure Planning
Provide weekly updates on project status to Project Manager and/or SEI.

General Responsibilities:
Responsible for insuring team designs and code deliveries are in alignment with published SEI & industry patterns and standards.
Interacts with SWP Project Manager and team to address day-to-day administration of the team staffing needs and any specific resource issues
Interacts with SWP architects, other tech leads, team members and project manager as required to address technical and schedule issues.
Suggests and implements process improvements for automation and scale.
Develops, maintains, and administers a certification/testing program for other Tech Leads, designers, and developers.

Requirements:
Extensive experience in design, development, testing, and implementation of large scale business and technology integration initiatives supporting domestic and global investment processing services applications and systems.
8 - 10 years experience in software development and implementation of investment processing applications.
Extensive experience in large-scale implementation projects requiring data conversions, configuration, model office and 3rd party software integration.
Must have proven success in the prioritization of multiple tasks, interface among multiple project personnel, assessing risk, all forms of communication, and self and team motivation.
Must have working experience in a matrix organization with distributed teams.
4+ years relevant business experience in banking and/or finance.
Must have hands-on experience as developer, business analyst or QA analyst.
Demonstrated desire and ability to lead, mentor and develop more junior resources is required.
Experience with offshore development, delivery and integration is desired.
Ability to work comfortably with a wide range of people and skill sets, including architects, project managers, analysts, designers, developers and Client’s business and technical teams.
