The ideal candidate must demonstrate a history ofadvanced hands on technical experience managing complex environments, leading support effortsacross multiple disciplines and troubleshooting around Single Sign On solutions such as OIDC , SAMLand Web SSOEssential Responsibilities:nbsp;Act as a subject matter expert for GE’s Directory Services and Single Sign on product stacks Lead all Service Delivery efforts during incidents/outages impacting applications, ensuring processadherence, root cause analysis, and resolution within agreed to SLA’s Provide technical coaching and direction to more junior teammates Quickly respond and resolve critical service outages severely impacting consumers Assist in establishment of performance baseline, capacity thresholds, correlate events, and definemonitoring/alerting criterianbsp;Assist in developing automated solutions to address potential problems before they result in aservice interruption Available 24x7 to lead critical issue/problem resolution to complex problems where analysisrequires in-depth evaluation with imaginative and innovative troubleshooting and experimentation.Qualifications/Requirements :Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, similar STEM degree, or equivalentpractical experience Minimum 5 years IT experience in enterprise-wide deployments Minimum 2 years of experience with Access Management technologies (e.g. Single Sign-On,Federation, Directory Services, SAML, Virtual Directories, etc.Eligibility Requirements:nbsp;Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employmentvisas, now or in the future, for this jobnbsp;Must be willing to work out of an office located in Atlanta.Desired Characteristics:nbsp;Obsessive about uptime, availability and reliability while being proactive about everythingnbsp;Demonstrated experience with CA SiteMinder, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, AJAX, Java, JSP,HTML, J2EE, SOAP, XML, Ping solutions, Virtual Directories, LDAP Demonstrated experience deploying, consolidating, tuning, and/or troubleshooting LDAPdirectories System administrator experience in a Unix/Linux environment, familiar with scripting, tuning,configuring, and troubleshooting application and OS parameters Experience with multi-factor authentication (e.g. RSA SecurID, RADIUS), Smart Card, and/or PKIsolutions Experience with meta directory technologies Demonstrated Hands On Experience Developing Solutions with Cloud Orchestration Tools(Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Salt, etcnbsp;Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; buildsstrong customer relationships; creates processes with customer viewpoint; partners with customersto help shape their future initiatives Strong analytical and strong problem solving skills - communicates in a clear and succinct mannerand effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and developsplans to resolve; creates actionable strategies and operational plans Change oriented – actively generates process improvements; champions and drives changeinitiatives; confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competingpriorities and executes accordingly
