Experience Required
Expertise in upgrading SQL Server 2008 to 2016
Upgrade SSIS and SQL Code using automated tools/manual
Experience in ETL Development
Strong knowledge in SSIS and SQL Server
Insurance background is preferable
Roles & Responsibilities
Operate across all phases of applications systems analysis and programming, including but not limited to designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, installing, etc.
Interpret requirements (written or oral) into technical specifications for projects across a broad knowledge base.
Act independently under general supervision using established software tools.
Design, supervise, plan, and coordinate highly complex projects.
Consider equipment capacity, limitations, and operating time while completing assignments.
Have quality assurance responsibilities and limited after hours on-call support.
Monitor, plan, document, conduct, and evaluate assignment status with project teams and management.
Evaluate progress and results to recommend changes in procedures.
Interact and communicate effectively with all business contacts, including group presentations and meeting facilitation.
Responsible for project completion and user satisfaction on highly complex projects.
