ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ROLE

Location – Richardson TX

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent English language skills; both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and accuracy; proofread and edit one’s own work product
Strong analytical skills
Open, sort and distribute UPS/FEDEX or similarly delivered packages
Filing and retrieve organizational documents, records & reports
Perform general office duties to include including scanning/copying and file preparation
Updating Trackers / Reports
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of employee information
Other duties as assigned by the respective manager
