Responsibilities
Responsible for executing the overall strategy, implementation and workflow of the Digital Asset Management system and Product Information System.
Acts as primary liaison between the cross-functional brands teams and agencies in with regard to digital assets and product information. (images, psds, videos,)
Drive the integration and syndication of the Digital Assets with other applications in the Digital ecosystem and e-tailers.
Responsible for assigning appropriate metadata for assets to ensure accurate usage rights
Manages the Digital platform (Digitial assets and Product Information) and facilitates the uploading of assets as well as maintaining and upgrading the system
Registers internal and external users to the Digital Asset Management system based on permissions
Lead meetings, discussions, training sessions and workflow discovery workshops with project working groups; create and provide clear presentations to stakeholders
Maintains accurate procedures and records for the system.
Keeps informed of latest Digital Asset Management technology trends and innovations.
Skills:
Solid knowledge of digital content formats and standards with experience in databases.
Exposure to Product MDM tools, practices, and solution architecture
Experience in working with content and commerce Digital platforms.
Outstanding functional and technical communication skills and demonstrated business and IT collaboration
Proficiency in working with integration solutions to syndicate and share assets between digital platforms. (Experience in working with platforms like Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, OpenText, Salsify, Hybris Cockpit is plus
In-depth knowledge and understanding of workflow management needed to lead the development and implementation of workflow system for the entire organization
Qualifications:
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other technical discipline
Strong project management, vendor management and operations skills
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, including work with digital emphasis; experience applying of metadata content/structure standards
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
