Job Description:
In July 2014, Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and the New York State Legislature enacted the Compassionate Care Act. This project will implement that law by providing a comprehensive, safe and effective medical marijuana program that meets the needs of New Yorkers. The program will ensure that medical marijuana is available for certified patients with serious conditions and is dispensed and administered in a manner that protects public health and safety.
Daily Tasks to be performed include but are not limited to:
Help architect Java applications in a multi-tiered environment.
Create diagrams and documentation for application and infrastructure architecture.
Help develop and debug Java applications for complex problems pertaining to Health Commerce System
Candidates should have at least 84 months experience and a majority of the following should apply:

1. 84 Months Experience in overseeing development progress on medium to large-scale technical projects and assuring deliverables and project scope are met and well documented. # of months 20
2. 84 Months Experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Java/J2EE web applications, SOAP and Rest services. # of months 20
3. 60 Months Experience in developing Oracle database schemas, tables, procedures and permissions. # of months 10
4. 60 Months Experience designing secure applications, including the use of security APIs, transport and message layer security, encryption and decryption algorithms for data security, SAML, and Multi factor authentication. # of months 15
5. 72 Months Experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Java applications using AngularJS modern Javascript libraries. # of months 10
6. 60 Months Experience using version/source control, continuous integration, deployment and testing. # of months 5
